Im Jahr 2018 absolvierte sie das 200h Trainingsprogramm zum Zertifizierten Systemischen Coach bei artop (An-Institut der Humboldt-Universit?t zu Berlin) und seit 2023 ist sie als Beraterin in der Stabsstelle Career Center und Wissenschaftliche Weiterbildung der Humboldt-Universit?t zu Berlin t?tig.

Ludmilla Aufurth has 10 years of experience in training and career coaching in the private and public sector. Some of her focus areas are:

Ludmilla is a sociologist and career expert with master’s degrees in Social and Behavioral Sciences (Tilburg University, NL) and European Labor Studies (Bremen University and University of Milan).
In 2018 she completed the 200h training program to become a certified systemic coach awarded by artop (affiliated institute of Humboldt-Universit?t zu Berlin). Since 2023?Ludmilla is responsible for the career coaching at the Executive Department Career Center and Scientific Training at Humboldt-Universit?t zu Berlin.
