On 25 November, Nastassja Mrozinski, a master’s student in the programme Ethnographie: Theorie – Praxis – Kritik at the Institut für Europ?ische Ethnologie, received the DAAD Prize for international students and doctoral candidates, endowed with 1,000 euros. Nastassja was honoured for their exceptional achievement in combining scholarly analysis with active social engagement, including within the university community. Among other things, Nastassja is involved in the student council and has actively supported the Amo Collective Berlin in its efforts to decolonise urban neighbourhoods.
Master's student awarded DAAD Prize
At the annual Welcome Reception for international researchers, the DAAD Prize was once again awarded. The prize honours outstanding international students and doctoral candidates who are committed to volunteer work at HU and beyond.
