International researchers have analysed the distribution of mitochondria, the energy producers of cells, in the brain. The results offer new perspectives on the organisation of neuronal networks and their performance.

At the annual Welcome Reception for international researchers, the DAAD Prize was once again awarded. The prize honours outstanding international students and doctoral candidates who are committed to volunteer work at HU and beyond.
