- Research experience: In addition to teaching activities, research is also decisive for the professorship. Proof of research experience - preferably international - must therefore also be provided.
- Professional requirements: Since a university professorship is usually a civil servant position, the civil service laws of the federal and state governments apply. In addition, an official health certificate and a police clearance certificate are mandatory for appointment as a civil servant.
