Description

Human-induced climate change is also affecting living conditions along the Amazon. The increasing drought along the Amazon River exposes the people living there to health risks. The project analyses the health risks to which women in particular are exposed. It also examines adaptation measures that communities living on and with the river are taking or can take to cope with the increasing drought.
