Career Centre and Academic Continuing Education Unit

Tasks of the staff unit

The Career Center and Academic Continuing Education is the HU's competence centre for services at the interface between studies and career. The Career Centre supports students of all disciplines in acquiring credit points in the interdisciplinary elective area (?WP) and also offers various workshops and counselling formats for career orientation. The Academic Continuing Education department bundles the various university continuing education programmes and is also the driving force behind the development of tailor-made programmes for interested parties. In the BMFTR-funded project "Strengthening AI skills at universities", open learning programmes from the AI Campus on the topic of AI are being developed and adapted for universities in order to strengthen the AI skills of students, teaching staff and employees in line with the requirements of Article 4 of the AI Regulation.
