Examination of the documents and calculation of the average grade
The average grade is calculated in accordance with the specifications of the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany after the application has been received in full by uni-assist, usually using the so-called Bavarian formula: German grade = 1+3 x (Nmax - Ndurchschnitt : Nmax - Nmin) (Nmax is the highest grade awarded in the respective country and/or the respective field of study, Nmin is the grade that must be achieved in the respective country in order to pass, Ndurchschnitt is the grade that you have achieved yourself). Your application will then be included in the admission procedure with this calculated grade. You will be informed that your application has been submitted on time and is complete. You will be informed of the examination result and the calculated grade by uni-assist in a written notification. At the same time, Humboldt-Universit?t zu Berlin will receive all your application documents from uni-assist in electronic form.
