VA: ?HoW exciting! 2020 Hands-on Tutorial and Workshop on Excitations in Solids“

With a combined hands-on tutorial and international workshop, we like to address young scientists to get involved in current developments in ab-initio theoretical spectroscopy and transport. In the hands-on tutorials, participants will learn practical calculations using the ab-initio methodology as implemented in the exciting code directly from the code developers and experienced users. In the subsequent international workshop, recent developments in the field will be presented by recognized experts, where we give plenty of room for open exchange between the young scientists and established international experts.
