Starting Grants - Monitoring European Research Council's Implementation of Excellence

The project deals with the impact and outcomes of the ERC Starting Grants, this includes the personal perspective of applicants as well as an institutional view. It also refers to mobility of researchers and societal impacts briefly. The objective is to develop an instrument for a continuous assessment of the ERC impact on funded researchers, the affected institutions and the national environment of research funding.
